Hi there!
I’m Ashley Young, Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Everyday Wellness, LLC. Most people are aware that therapy can offer a safe space to work through past traumas, improve communication skills, deepen relationships, develop healthy coping strategies, and so much more. However, in my personal and professional journey, I understand that true healing doesn’t begin until we grant ourselves permission to access the depths of our pain and face our greatest fears. Indeed, this is a vulnerable and intimidating process but I’m here to tell you that the reward is so much greater than one could ever imagine.

The “Grant Yourself Permission” line promotes autonomy over one’s therapeutic process. This process is empowering, intentional, but more importantly, it's liberating! This is the beginning of owning your story and redefining how it will shape your future.
